Frothy Beard is located in West Ashley (Charleston) with a newly opened taproom in Summerville, SC. Creative Impact is crafted with creatives in mind. Cans feature artwork designed by local artists. Collectibles to some, these cans make for great posts alongside a mention of your favorite SC artist, Frothy Beard, and SC Arts Alliance. Your support of this initiative is your advocacy for the arts in the great state of South Carolina.
This year we are highlighting Greenville, SC poet, storyteller, motivational speaker, and creative artist mOody bLaCk.iammoodyblack.com/. His 2017 TEDx performance about poetry teaches us all that we each have an inner poet inside. Using familiar hip hop syncopation, mOody bLaCk’s poetry educates on history and addresses complex societal issues. His poetry even dares to bring awareness to gun violence and depression. He has won awards as a teaching artist, for integrating arts into education, and music.

“Let’s honor the artists with a taste of “taste”
So, this is a toast …
A toast to all of those that are “the spice of life”
Let each sip be a celebration
Each clink of glass or bottle be a ceremony of recognition
Where we can inhale the hops in our hopes of having a better life
Cause that’s what artists do…
Create better lives…
Brew ballets of new beginnings
Paint parades on our pallets
And sing songs that bubble the suds of our serenity
Making life a lot easier to swallow
So, let’s raise our libation
With love in our hearts and appreciation in our souls…
