The SC Arts Commission revolutionized arts learning partnerships over the past three years through Arts Grow SC, but Emergency Relief funding runs out in this year. A budget increase of $3 million will allow the SCAC establish and staff six hubs across the state and place programming assistance and new grant opportunities in communities that would benefit the most.
