The South Carolina Arts Alliance is excited to announce the next FREE workshop in our series of Financial Management Trainings for arts organizations.

  • Trainings are designed for anyone who is new to nonprofit financial management or anyone who wants to refresh their knowledge.

  • Arts leaders, bookkeepers, or anyone involved in the financial matters of your organization are encouraged to register.

  • You do not have to have attended other sessions in the series to attend this workshop.

This workshop focuses on the foundational components of operational excellence, providing  participants with a renewed vision of what it means to operate at the highest levels to achieve program outcomes. It will empower participants to:

  • Develop teams to create a collaborative and accountable environment.

  • Maximize technology as an organizational-wide strategy.

  • Create lean processes to maximize resources.

  • Ensure proper controls are in place in financial processes..

Optional Coaching Sessions are also available on October 17th (in-person) and October 20th (Virtual)

This training is being offered in partnership with BDO Nonprofit and Grantmaker Advisory, with support from the South Carolina Arts Commission and the Gaylord and Dorothy Donnelley Foundation.
