Today, the South Carolina Arts Alliance is excited to launch our 2025-2028 Strategic Plan.
Over a two year period our board and staff gathered stakeholder input, assessed current initiatives, and weighed institutional knowledge to chart the next chapter for our organization. Beginning in 2024, we crafted a set of strategic priorities to guide our work over the next three years. The resulting strategic plan, and its goals, aligns with the core components of our mission — advocacy, leadership development, and public awareness for the arts.
The plan also includes updated language in our mission and vision statements, and adds a set of values to guide our advocacy work.
